I fear if investors lose faith and pull funding, the company will shut down b/c w're not making sales. I've learned a lot but my direct manager is the only person that's taken an interest in my career. I don't know what to do here to advance at the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency, but that applies to the CEO more than the CMO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CEO has established a good culture of work-life integration. It's not about butts in seats, it's about getting the work done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't trust that enough companies are prioritizing performance management software in this current economic environment of tight budgets. Our sales team can't make a sale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work most closely with is mostly full of smart, really driven people. Any turnover on that team is due to the leader causing burnout.
