What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free baby diapers for nee parents

The support for work/life balance is clear and understandable. I feel supported in my role and needs as a person. I believe there is always room for improvement but I am currently quite pleased.

The base comp is average to below for current market. Bonus is nice but rarely fully achieved which most employees have no control over. Best part is equity (that which is vested of course)

Salary is not paid as per the market standards, it should be based on the designation and skillset.

Bias aside, I feel that the team I work with are caring and passionate individuals who bring their best to their roles and it shows. The recognition and feedback the team has received is glowing and well deserved.

Constantly changing focus. Not remembering decisions that were made and having to go back and correct them. Passive aggressiveness. Not actually asking how I'm doing in my 1:1's. Just task focused
