Up and down. Really unsure of trajectory of the company. Revenue numbers are vague from mgmt. What is our exit plan with declining sales? More funding? Acquisition, Private Equity? How will we grow?

Extremely smart. Willing to do whatever is need to help/support. Kind and generally happy most days
What do you like best about the leadership team?
clear about goals. provide monthly updates on company even though they are always very vague. generally available if needed and accessible.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constantly changing focus. Not remembering decisions that were made and having to go back and correct them. Passive aggressiveness. Not actually asking how I'm doing in my 1:1's. Just task focused
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base comp is average to below for current market. Bonus is nice but rarely fully achieved which most employees have no control over. Best part is equity (that which is vested of course)
