Things have been pretty positive, at times the pace has been frenetic, and with so many new people the organization side has been lacking. I'd like more direct feedback and direction from my manager but overall things are good.

They are transparent and accessible. I love that they interact with everyone and I feel like I can reach out if needed, which is unique to me.
