I have worked for other progressive tech companies and this one is the best by far. Doug Dennerline is the best CEO I've worked under in my career. In addition to Doug, the executive team is fantastic. The culture is open and caring. We also aren't shy about having some fun!
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving our customers. We solve some of the biggest problems HR professionals face in building a high performing culture. It is an exciting challenge and one that is easy to wake up to each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is both humble and accountable. There are no big egos on the leadership team, everyone member is open to input. Each member brings depth of experience and a hands on approach to how they lead.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect that people show for each other. Our All Hands meetings are incredible. We honor new hires, promotions, and anniversaries. At times, it might take up close to an hour to get through everyone! this is a company that truly honors the whole self in each of us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a can-do company that cares deeply about every aspect of our business. From the CEO all through the company, it is expected that we each care about the "whole person" and that we bring ourselves to work. Passive aggressive behavior is completely unacceptable and would never be tolerated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is competitive with other Silicon Valley companies. My favorite component of our benefits is our second Friday of every month off and the one-year of diapers they give to new parents. (even though my kids are past that age, it just says a lot about the company values)
