
Very simple, forget about pay.... just want to be respected and spoken to respectfully.
Get stronger floor mangers that set the tone for a positive and enjoyable environment.
Be under better leadership. The selling floor managers are never anywhere to be found and never on the floor. They set the tone which is why no one wants to do anything. Poor leaders!
Learning to work together and respect their teams. Not walk around with their tablets and pretend they are working and better than the associates. The way we ate spoken to is not okay nor very professional.
