Good experience for most of the actual system development personnel. People coming from having designed/developed/built/tested lots of previous rocketry products

Culture is garbage. Leadership and management (not all, just lots) are incompetent. Previous failings of leadership doing there job result in them driving impossible asks of their EE base to try and compensate for their own screw-ups.

Leadership team loves using buzz words without actually delivering any real actionable guidance. Most management and leadership levels are populated by incompetent people that either don't perform their job tasks or are so underwater they do things that are unnecessary or counter-productive.

Pre-COVID: being able to generate a presentation to highlight who I am and how my background and experiences will best contributed to the company. Also appreciated the variety of backgrounds with the interview staff to both evaluate for the applied for job and others within the company.

Leadership actively tries to demean and diminish EE work and results in reviews. After a company-wide reorganization, the new leveling system is used to suppress promotion and fair valuation pay for the work you do. Expect to be rated and paid a level or 2 below what your actual delivered work is.

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

At some point you need to flush the management and leadership personnel and try again. There is little faith in the grossly (and every expanding) bureaucratic levels of padding created from the CEO on down. The promise of what Blue was supposed to be is a far cry from the direction it has gone.
