What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay and PTO accrual is at the high end if the scale

Very good salary and total compensation

If the stock options really get paid out if the company becomes sucessful, then i think that would be the best part of the compensation package

I work 36 hours on the weekend and get paid for 40 hours. Then I'm off all week.

The whole compensation is nice. Medical is great

It's recently been adjusted to be market leading - from days off, to 401K, to health benefits and even small perks like Headspace enrollment.

The stock options could be lucrative

The benefits are improving each year. Our deductibles are decreased and premiums are the lowest I've ever had, including in government work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Allow the employees to purchase the stock options.

An equity stake, they have fake stock options.

Health care is very expensive and personal time off is insufficient.

Could pay more than they do

Leadership actively tries to demean and diminish EE work and results in reviews. After a company-wide reorganization, the new leveling system is used to suppress promotion and fair valuation pay for the work you do. Expect to be rated and paid a level or 2 below what your actual delivered work is.
