Could pay more than they do
Leadership actively tries to demean and diminish EE work and results in reviews. After a company-wide reorganization, the new leveling system is used to suppress promotion and fair valuation pay for the work you do. Expect to be rated and paid a level or 2 below what your actual delivered work is.
