We have flexible schedules, a team that looks to minimize bureaucracy and is open to making changes quickly
The vision that our founder has for the future of space
Within engineering and on the floor everybody I work with on a day to day basis is extremely hard working and smart. We are given a reasonable amount of responsibility and authority and have resources to supplement our own experience.
It is safe to take informed risks at the team level.
That maybe Jeff will show up one day and make a real company out of blue
Below the executive leadership, everybody is on the same team working for the same goals. We may be pulled in different directions for different problems but at the end of the day everybody is willing to work to get the job done.

Culture is garbage. Leadership and management (not all, just lots) are incompetent. Previous failings of leadership doing there job result in them driving impossible asks of their EE base to try and compensate for their own screw-ups.
