What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly skilled members at every career level, very collaborative and mutually supportive
There are so many people with different backgrounds.
Everyone is respectful and appreciates all ideas.
The team is polite, but challenging. We push each other and take on hard problems
Highly-qualified highly motivated super team members and I'm proud to have served with them
The company meetings are propaganda that would make Pravda look open and honest.
They are only called when necessary, they are concise and respectful of time. The best part is that meeting objectives and talking points are sent out with the invite so everybody can come prepared and stay on track.
They are creative. They accept responsibility. They are accountable. They are willing to learn from our mistakes. They are fun.

We work transparently and collaboratively, we hold each other accountable and lift others up when they're down. Overall I feel safe and empowered in my team.
