How they conducted the interviews
It's a team interview process and we have a diverse slate of candidates, so we can grow as a diverse, equitable and inclusive community.
Interactive with many different people
Most of us set a high bar.
It's not intimidating, it's an interview between the prospective employee and the hiring team. It feels more like trying to see if you and the team are a good match rather than a dog and pony show trying to impress people with hollow accolades and titles.
The individual interviewers were prepared before the interview to probe specific topics so there was very little redundancy in those sessions.
Touring the offices and factory
Pre-COVID: being able to generate a presentation to highlight who I am and how my background and experiences will best contributed to the company. Also appreciated the variety of backgrounds with the interview staff to both evaluate for the applied for job and others within the company.
Review from Engineering Dept
The employees that interviewed me are my current peers and mentors. They interviewed me to be a good fit for their team. This created a more challenging and thorough vetting process. However, they were very calm and laid back during the interview which helped me to relax.
