What do you like best about the leadership team?
Engines Business Unit - straight forward, sharp and clearly compassionate
They help with direction, but dont over step on the the processes that you are doing.
Great management team to work with.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Planning and being accountable to the plans they approved yesturday.
Open your ears and listen to your employees.
Making business driven decisions and then communicating them.
Not being biased towards straight people. Treat the LBGTQ community the same and offer them the same advancement opportunities as the straight employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and PTO accrual is at the high end if the scale
Very good salary and total compensation
If the stock options really get paid out if the company becomes sucessful, then i think that would be the best part of the compensation package
I work 36 hours on the weekend and get paid for 40 hours. Then I'm off all week.
The whole compensation is nice. Medical is great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Allow the employees to purchase the stock options.
An equity stake, they have fake stock options.
Health care is very expensive and personal time off is insufficient.
Could pay more than they do
Leadership actively tries to demean and diminish EE work and results in reviews. After a company-wide reorganization, the new leveling system is used to suppress promotion and fair valuation pay for the work you do. Expect to be rated and paid a level or 2 below what your actual delivered work is.

Highly skilled members at every career level, very collaborative and mutually supportive
There are so many people with different backgrounds.
Everyone is respectful and appreciates all ideas.
The team is polite, but challenging. We push each other and take on hard problems
Highly-qualified highly motivated super team members and I'm proud to have served with them

Culture is garbage. Leadership and management (not all, just lots) are incompetent. Previous failings of leadership doing there job result in them driving impossible asks of their EE base to try and compensate for their own screw-ups.

You are put through multiple rounds and expected to do essay related to company work

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are very late to our customers.
Totally got the wrong people and type of money where's running the show.
At some point you need to flush the management and leadership personnel and try again. There is little faith in the grossly (and every expanding) bureaucratic levels of padding created from the CEO on down. The promise of what Blue was supposed to be is a far cry from the direction it has gone.
