Engines Business Unit - straight forward, sharp and clearly compassionate
They help with direction, but dont over step on the the processes that you are doing.
Great management team to work with.
They are passionate and intelligent.
Very helpful and care about you
Great feedback and amazing focus.
The team comes from different backgrounds. It works well together and they communicate often. The team is demanding but realistic. It is also very committed to building a company and a culture for the long-term.
The leadership team is like a family I never knew I feel at home as opposed to homeless.
Lower level leaders are grity, experienced, and empathetic. They are grateful for all of the work we do and tirelessly strive for what's best for my team and the company.
I do not have to see them face to face.
I have the ability to speak with any leader at any level about problems and concerns I have. Additionally, there is a culture that allows difficult questions to be posed to management in a public way. I'm sure that's challenging for them but it makes for a transparent organization.

Planning and being accountable to the plans they approved yesturday.
Open your ears and listen to your employees.
Making business driven decisions and then communicating them.
Not being biased towards straight people. Treat the LBGTQ community the same and offer them the same advancement opportunities as the straight employees.

They need to be replaced.
Fire them all start anew
The leadership team at Blue is not accountable and constantly shifts blame to lower levels of the organization instead of owning their responsibilities.
Review from Engineering Dept
Leadership team loves using buzz words without actually delivering any real actionable guidance. Most management and leadership levels are populated by incompetent people that either don't perform their job tasks or are so underwater they do things that are unnecessary or counter-productive.

True leadership.Hire folks who build and manage launch and recovery and flight vehicles. Not the Navy Mafia and Bobs Big Boy Manager. Nepotisim mires progress. 5 launches to 1 in a short time.2 busted rockets. And a mass exodus. And no BE-3 engine but the golden unicorn. Blue went from hero to zero!
