I love my job, but i never have a day off or PTO time without being contacted by the GM about work related issues. I am on vacation right now and have been contacted 6 out of the 7 days so far!!!

The leadership is quite different and explosive at times, i am very easy going and diffuse situations on a daily basis to keep employees from walking out.
