My overall experience has been nothing short of a fun uphill ride. There have been challenges given the fact that we're all working across time zones in a fast paced environment but everyone is equally pumped to achieve a goal and that makes solutioning super fun.

We always work as one unit and chase a collective goal. No one tries pulling another teammate down. There's a very positive working environment.

There's no emphasis on hierarchy and hence there's no hesitation in reaching out to anyone. Also, everyone's super helpful so that makes things a lot easier.

They are super transparent about every detail. Even though I'm at a comparatively junior position, I feel empowered to make every decision given the trust leadership instills in me and every employee.
