Managers should be held more accountable. The company should have realistic standards when constantly making new changes. Customers are constantly upset when things are changing every month. Management should respect workers. When things are brought up to the district manager it is ignored.

not using racial slurs toward workers. Respecting worker's time meaning don't make people double if they were not scheduled because you messed the schedule up. Less cussing at the workers. Stop hazing the new employees. Dont sit around when everyone is in the weeds. stop being so power hungry.
