Management aren't allowed to keep tips. I brought it to the attention of my general manager and nothing was said or done....

We were supposed to have gotten $1 raise as bartenders a month ago yet it isn't reflected in our pay still. I also can't get health insurance because I'm "part time" working full time hours so I don't qualify..
