Currently, our vacation policy is my favorite benefit, as it doesn't bring me back to having to mentally trade a mental health day in March against a vacation day at Christmas.
There is a commitment around transparency and getting to the right answer or decision that starts at the top and flows through all of leadership, not just the executive team. A focus on 'radical candor' promotes a culture of collaboration and honesty.
The team is a family. We work hard together, we disagree, we celebrate the big stuff (and the small stuff), we hold each other accountable and we take care of each other. It is absolutely the best team I have ever been a part of.
