I liked the job, however my area was to be staffed with 4 associates and never during my time did it have a full staff. Many times only 2 of us. More recently it was just myself more times than not. My performance was top of the region up to the day I left.

The process was very simple. The manager really does not know what she is doing. There have been several good candidates that accept and later never show after further consideration

Hire managers that are leaders and actually develop talent. LONGMONT Store 224 is the most unethical I have ever seen. Uses public discipline on associates. Threatens associates and etc. High turnover rates and cannot recruit high functioning team members

About 50% of the workforce at store #224 were people that cared and truely wanted to satisfy the customer. Many times the lack of managements support or the lack of ability to take care of the customer proved very frustrating to the team

This location pays associates what they can get them for not what they are worth. Managment promotes based on favoritism not on ability. There is definite discrimination against certain individuals based on age and ability. The retail manager said one thing and did something completly different
Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?
Store level management. Lack of customer service and empathy. We say we want to give the customer a positive experience but we dont practice it. There is no clear path for associate to strive for to achieve growth. Being a key carrier in the store is more hassle and not enough compensation

I turned in my 2 weeks notice and was threatened I would not get my pto. I asked for the last 3 days of my notice to be PTO so I could have a few days to myself. I have a document that now shows the manager at store 224 created indicating I abandoned the job and they changed the dates of my notice.
