Leadership is stratified between the stores and then the regions. There are a lot of executives, the smaller the scale the decline in quality becomes more evident.

They are self centered and have no vision nor goals. They remind me of the subordinate that should be below me

Management needs to evaluate the SKILLS AND ABILITY of their employees and not their appearance. If management is accepting of men with unmaintenanced beards and hair, then why should women not be allowed to embrace the beauty of their natural hair as long as it is kept presentable.
