What are some of the best things about your team?

Easy to get along with.

I love being around my team, and I would always teach and train, and they would catch on, and they had respect for me and they were hard-working as well, but never got admired for it

My team was collaborative and friendly. With the exception of the second manager that was implemented.

Everybody is willing to help out

Great people to work with we all get along a team member

Some of them are kind, but it can be extremely cut throat but that is the environment that management creates. Having worked in sales for. Over 30 years I have come across many competitive environments but this is different, we are intentionally pitted against eachother, which breeds toxicity.

Everyone was friendly and helpful

Techs not very knowledgeable.. but liked all techs and worked well with each one of them

The retail department is the best department in the whole store. We all work together and treat each other with respect. We are constantly helping each other.

Great techs. Most of us are like a family. However CW does not want this. My team is loyal and caring.

That we all work as a team and we look out for each other. We are also understanding if each other has personal issues outside of work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to want to work and pay attention here. They are spread way too thin for the demand

Most definately hard to be a leader when your floor are all followers

Im not sure how to make them improve they might be going through the same unfair treatment I am

Coworkers should be solely focused on their own tasks and production. They shouldnt contribute to drama nor other childish inclinations in the shop. They shouldnt treat eachother as if they are better. Learning should be shared and responsibility + accountability are key. Win as team loose as team

Care about one another work and home life

Need to know their job and be competent enough to do it. Also need to hire more people and store 065 has 12 rv bays to work out of but we only have 6 techs

Word tracks ability to repeat them. Lead costomers Product solection. Or being campered up. Or cared up is old business

Toxic exchanges are encouraged. No push to be truly collaborative. Anyone who speaks up is seen as 'lacking confidence'. A lot of gaslighting while trying to protect those who have forced employees to quit.
