I would say the apprenticeship is the best part of it
The money is there in spiffs and programs, there is just a slim customer base currently

The company is pretty great about treating others equally. However, in the receptionist position I had prior to my retail position I was miserable. One of the coworkers was rude and lazy. I'm not sure how she still has her job beings she is constantly disrespecting EVERYONE, including MANAGEMENT.
Dealing with the customers making sure they had the correct parts for there camper

Small town gossip has no place in the work environment. Gossiping about the appearance of your employees to other employees, especially management, shows that the true intent of management is not to have successful associates, but instead to have pretty faces to look at.
Starts at the top and comes downhill
Conflict of interest needs to stop, management and employees should not be allowed to have romantic relationships with one another, equal opportunity without discrimination of any kind

Get someone in the store that treats employees like humans and employees not someone barking out orders or wondering around acting like he knows what to do
The current management team at the Hamburg PA location is the same management team from a previous dealership that went under... They have not changed their ways to the new Camping World Standards. They are horrible to any and all females that work with them on the sales tam.
