There needs to be reviews with corresponding increases. The company does no raises unless there is a position change.

The office staff are great. The staff working in the homes are negative they do not feel appreciated in regards to compensation.

In office leadeship is fair and tries to keep morale high. Out of office leadership tends to not ask for input before implementing processes. Lack of collaborative communication.
