Caregiver, Inc. Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I work independently most of the time unless I need help.

Everyone is in the line of work because they have a big heart and want to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our society. The culture of the company is mostly positive and we work as a team to solve a lot of concerns.

Most of my work day, if not all of it, is spent only around the clients in the homes. They make it better.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The consumers were great. You have your daily problems but you have to be in it for the love and care other consumers there

Seeing my individuals cared for.

Engaged team, respectful and respected leadership team.

We care about our consumers. We are passionate about why we are here.

The individuals we serve are always first in everything we do. Direct Support Staff are the life blood of our day to day work and overall mission.

Review from Operations Dept

There seems to be a drive to improve it

my immediate team is positive

Most people say hello when they see you

The office staff are great. The staff working in the homes are negative they do not feel appreciated in regards to compensation.

Genuine CEO, everyone is pulling their weight

The culture at Caregiver is very diverse. That was one of the things that attracted me to work for Caregiver in the first place.

While we work hard, we take time to have fun with free lunches, activities and contests!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Period too get my nursing licenses updated. Due too this I have lost 2 good jobs I haven't worked since January of 23 because ur company refuses too tell the truth.i think it's very petty ans childish. I'm not asking for something I didn't do. I did those hours and many more.

New management and understanding for their employees and residents

pay better to attract more employees

There is no work life balance. The company expects you to be available 24/7. There are no company phones, and I have to use my personal phone to communicate for work purposes, so I never escape work. If I don't answer, families or management complains. I never get a break. I can't even use my ATO.

Take care of the people who have been here through the pandemic. Executives get out of your offices and go out into the field.

Review from Operations Dept

Everything. A living wage. Work Life Balance. A REAL retirement plan.

You hear about work life balance, but it is a myth at Caregiver Inc unless you work at the corporate office.

Support Center needs a reality check. Mass emails day new positions are created and people are promoted. What about equal opportunities on the ground floor? DSPs are trapped, and one week a year we get cheap appreciation gimmicks for DSP week.

Better level of understanding and care for the individuals in the homes, actually following through with the needs fo the individuals and staff, profitability would come with being a quality company but they won't allow it to get there

The toxic people need to go.

Management gets all the perks. Staff get tee shirts and candy, but no real substance

We work short staffed every day. No one wants to work here due to wage and trashy co-workers

More compensation to the Residential Staff

Less whip cream on top and more substance on bottom. Better pay, meaningful benefits, better training

Review from Operations Dept

Work/life balance, support for staff, empathy in leadership.

Review from Operations Dept

Executive team should visit home locations and attend training to get an accurate picture of what is truly happening.
