There working with people with special needs
Communication need in the willaimbrug area cause they dont do that
I was treated badly from day on.i had too contact fany more than once. Anthony tried too push me into caregiver position because all my experience. Which I desire back. It was a requirement according too ad.they made me drive all the way too mason to pick up the van at patients house in mason
Staff needs to retain their training material. Need to read instructions on medical supplies and hire staff that's not scared of the individuals
Administration that will lead by example instead of stirring up issues.
Management needs a haul over
The Support Center needs to see the poor conditions of our homes. We were told everyone would be back 100% after 7/06 but Support Center and executives still get to work from home. There is no equality and without Frontline workers there would be no company.
We need work life balance. Hire quality caregivers. You can't buy quality at $9 hourly.

To work together, we need more staff! One person on shift per home cannot safely take care of clients.
Our location works together, but we are not considered a part of the Caregiver, Inc family. The Support Center creates an us vs. them mentality.
My coworkers intimidate and harass me so they can have my hours
Co-workers are mean to new staff so they can continue to earn OT. Training program is a joke. New employee orientation is the worst.
Less directives, more communicating with one another
Team is burdened by the toxic environment and lack of work/life balance and is generally frustrated.
