Leadership team needs some improvement
Review from Operations Dept
Home coordinator and residential manager I have are absolutely amazing
The management team was quick to assist me with the hiring process.
The current team is open to new ideas and trying new strategies to make the company better.
They need to Learn to communicate
Everything! They are very uncaring towards staff and residents.
How they treat caregivers and clients
They need to go some pr classes them self
Stop lying. Admin is constantly lying to employees to not deal with situations
Sign in bonus they give you
I am still new and have not had the chance to utilize it.
My base pay is very fair for what I do.
the best part is their competitive pay
It's a good health care package and flexible schedule.
Insurance through the company is too expensive. We are not paid fairly. They do not make an attempt to bring in more workers even though we are very understaffed. I believe a raise and better attempts at getting new workers in would be nice.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Better pay should be better, cost of living is not managable with such low pay
You dont give everyone the same raise, especially when they get hired and you been employed for over 10 years and what company doesn't give their employees a raise since i started
For the stress that you under go by being short staffed and under paid and over worked the pay isn't worth the stress!
Better benefits, 401k matching and paid short term disability.
We work together and help each other meet the goals of the company.
My current team is both collaborative and positive. We support each other and our efforts.
Can't really say, we get new staff then after a couple of weeks they leave
Review from Operations Dept
There are no teams, everyone is on their own.
A sense of commitment and a common desire to do the right thing by our clients despite corporate values.
This company gives nobody any incentive on being better.
I'm not here to talk bad about my coworkers, most of them are chill, some of them not.
Review from Customer Support Dept
There working with people with special needs
Communication need in the willaimbrug area cause they dont do that
I was treated badly from day on.i had too contact fany more than once. Anthony tried too push me into caregiver position because all my experience. Which I desire back. It was a requirement according too ad.they made me drive all the way too mason to pick up the van at patients house in mason
I work independently most of the time unless I need help.
Everyone is in the line of work because they have a big heart and want to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our society. The culture of the company is mostly positive and we work as a team to solve a lot of concerns.
Most of my work day, if not all of it, is spent only around the clients in the homes. They make it better.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The consumers were great. You have your daily problems but you have to be in it for the love and care other consumers there
Seeing my individuals cared for.
Period too get my nursing licenses updated. Due too this I have lost 2 good jobs I haven't worked since January of 23 because ur company refuses too tell the truth.i think it's very petty ans childish. I'm not asking for something I didn't do. I did those hours and many more.
New management and understanding for their employees and residents
pay better to attract more employees
There is no work life balance. The company expects you to be available 24/7. There are no company phones, and I have to use my personal phone to communicate for work purposes, so I never escape work. If I don't answer, families or management complains. I never get a break. I can't even use my ATO.
Take care of the people who have been here through the pandemic. Executives get out of your offices and go out into the field.
Review from Operations Dept
It was informal but informative.
My process was fairly easy with 2 interviews and an offer letter.
It was pretty easy. Normal interview process
Review from Customer Support Dept
They talk to you and work with you on stuff
It was easy and quick.
They didnt even ask me any questions. Poor interview. False promises made during interview
They didn't ask any questions which shows they dont care who is hired. Alot of false promises made
They just want bodies, and at $9, that's all they get.
My interview was 2 minutes long on the phone. They dont care who they hire.
Review from Operations Dept
As long as someone shows up, they will be hired. This company just wants warm bodies.
I enjoy my work and feel like I am making a positive contribution.
The individuals that i provide services for
Making a difference in the lives i care for.
The work I do, the people I support, learning and growth opportunities.
The contributions I am able to bring.
Get new managers in the willaimbrug atea
They always complain about whats going on
Management needs to care more about the residents.
Broken equipement. Horrible administration. RM treat the staff horribly and nothing is done.
Stop trying to take family away fron family
Nothing so far. Everyone I have come in contact with has been great.
