It was informal but informative.
My process was fairly easy with 2 interviews and an offer letter.

Review from Operations Dept
The people, the type of work
Meeting the staff and explaining the job
it was all done through videos
It was easy. They were desperate for staff. They would have hired anyone
Feeling encouraged and as if there would be a lot of growth opportunities
The conversations were genuine and the insight shared was realistic with no false insight or what I would be doing.
They didnt even ask me any questions. Poor interview. False promises made during interview
They didn't ask any questions which shows they dont care who is hired. Alot of false promises made
They just want bodies, and at $9, that's all they get.
My interview was 2 minutes long on the phone. They dont care who they hire.
Review from Operations Dept
As long as someone shows up, they will be hired. This company just wants warm bodies.
They need to really do interviews not just hire anyone who does not stand then up
No paper applications make it hard for some people to apply. Interviewing is a joke. They just want warm bodies to work
Be more thorough and pick the right workers.
Hiring processed are too difficult for a $9.00 an hour job with no raises -- ever. 13 years and no raise!
Hiring, training, and on-boarding is a nightmare for a $9 an hour job.
Speed up the process and give people a chance. Be honest about the work expected.
They are so desperate for staff that anyone can work here. No quality! Paper applications would make hiring friendlier. If I'm willing to work for $9 an hour I'm poor. Poor people don't always have internet or phones.
