My residential supervisor is a wonderful woman and tries her hardest to work with employees and make the work day better.

Most of my work day, if not all of it, is spent only around the clients in the homes. They make it better.

Insurance through the company is too expensive. We are not paid fairly. They do not make an attempt to bring in more workers even though we are very understaffed. I believe a raise and better attempts at getting new workers in would be nice.
