The thing I like best about the leadership team is their listening to their enoyees and their customers. They lead with compassion and kindness and want to so right by everyone and i find that creates an incredibly positive work environment.

My team is hard working, constantly striving to be better as individuals and as a company, but they all do it with a good sense of humor and a smile all on their face and that makes me truly enjoy going to work everyday.

I love my compensation package. My salary is fair, bonuses are great, i still receive RSUs for retention, have the best health insurance, 100% of my parking expenses paid for, 401k matching..... I really can't think of a single thing another company offers that better.
