My team is relatively young and engaged with their work. They seem to enjoy coming into the office and spending time with their colleagues. They have all been very easy to talk with, and happy to share what expertise they can offer.

Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?

I have found the leadership team to be very approachable and down to earth. I think a smaller office and frequent events make them feel easy to connect with, and they seem to have a genuine interest in meeting people throughout the company.

Personally, I have found the lunch and coffee/snacks provided by the office, plus the commuter subsidy to be some of the best components of the compensation package. It keeps me excited to go into the office and takes some stress out of the logistics.

I enjoy the relationship-building aspects of my role, as well as the ability to add value in new ways. We are still building out new ways to complete work and reporting (in the finance realm) so it is an exciting time to be a part of that journey with the team.

Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?

I think the level of inclusion as a new employee has been very impressive. My coworkers are not clique-y and are happy to bring new people into their lunch groups, happy hours, etc. People generally seem to be friendly and engaged at work, and happy to be a part of the overall culture of CG.
