Positive culture is not even relevant at CECO/Dean. So many co-workers are burned out and ready to leave, that it becomes very hostile at times.

Successes and wins are rare - but I still get satisfaction when we complete large projects. Management doesn't spend enough time on our wins, and instead focuses on the short-comings and losses.

Salary and benefits are very good. It would be nice to see more concern about employee wellness, mental health, and burnout issues. That's a tough role for any manufacturing facility, but CECO/Dean is lagging way behind.

We run the company like its 1985. Recently sat with upper management team for HR/ legal training, and this was very apparent from the local employees. We have a very negative culture, people are afraid to make mistakes, and the needed changes are overwhelming for senior management.
