More benefits and a lower cost than what we had before our merger with CECO. Pay could be better, but when faced with just Yes/No I was forced to say yes since I don't disagree completely.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no flexibility, sales are doubled from prior year but increases are low per peers, No paid maternity leave, No paid bereavement

It is frustrating knowing others in the same industry have much higher salaries than we do. It's also frustrating knowing we have difficult retaining or recruiting quality talent based on salary levels
