There are managers at GRC but no leadership, no transparency, no accountability.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
no leadership, no guidance from employees, all orders are late but yet no improvements are discussed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no flexibility, sales are doubled from prior year but increases are low per peers, No paid maternity leave, No paid bereavement
