I am overworked and under paid for what I do and no one in management wanted to get any help until recently.

The workers at the facility work really well with me and will help out with whatever they can at that moment. They are just friendly and nice people to work with.

Learn the processes we currently have before trying to change them right from the get go. Once they learn the process then fine tune it to what changes they would like to see happen. Treat people fairly and equally and not have favoritism.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I have been having to do multiple positions for a long time since covid and have not been compensated for the extra effort I have given the company. Also looking online at other companies I am make below average wages for my current position.
