I love what I do and my co-workers, mostly. But I believe that we are under paid for what we do and I sit back and watch our company spend millions acquiring new businesses. And as stated earlier, management needs required leadership training.

The management carousel needs to stop. We will never get ahead if we can't stop that. The company needs to invest better pay to it's employees, even if it means decreasing the number of other companies it buys. Employees should come first, we are the ones making the products the company sells.

Being able to laugh with each other. Being able to rely on each other for help and or guidance.

Better pay compensation for job(s) done and what an employee has taken on not necessarily in his/her job description and compensate for it. Also look at inflation and help employees out at review time more in tune with current inflation rates.

The overall morale about how Executive management perceives the production workers...pay...removal of the $50 Covid fine....better pay...Overtime policy stinks...no double time pay for Sunday..the fact that HR changes policies yearly, but doesn't communicate them at all.. To execute and enforce company policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook equally across the board, such as the attendance policy. Supervisor needs leadership training and training as to what every aspect his job entails. New leadership needs to follow thru on what they say

See previous remarks. Pay increase rates are below inflation rates so we are getting poorer every day. They expect us to work overtime to make up the difference. Also, overtime rates should not be based on if one has worked 40 hours of worked time, but include paid time off.

I have taken on a programming function to my job and have not been compensated for doing this as it frees up our engineer to execute other tasks to help out sister companies within CECO. Also the $50/month fine for not getting the covid shot is absurd since it does not prevent getting or spreading t
