My manager lets me control my onw enviroment without mirco managing.

I see long long time employees/friends leave the company, you should listen to the lower level employees.

The company has been a great breath of fresh air. There is so much to learn, and everyone is so helpful. Things are always improving and getting better and it helps that the Team I have all get along and work really well together.

Overall upper management was stumbling, but it is significantly better now and I hope to see continued improvement. Glad to see a wholesome approach.
