The culture and environment are amazing. I've never worked at a company where I personally had conversations with the CEO. Everyone is immersed in helping each other grow which helps the company as a whole do amazing things.

Well I have a sister that I work with. So I always have someone to lean on but I love that she's not the only one. If I have an issue or a bad day I can lean on anyone.
