What do you like best about the leadership team?
The live through the company values and acknowledge when we're doing things right.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel super lost and most questions Ive asked for clarity and gave ideas, I get told "Ill bring this up" but never get a follow up and I dont have meetings with the team to even feel engaged. Great at micromanaging but no support

What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I get to have it almost all the time as long as I do my job right!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are given too many accounts to service. It seems like the company values quantity over quality. Between surveys, slack communications, and meetings, it's impossible to make quota. And none of these interruptions are accounted for. Often times we have 10 to 12 hours worth of work in an 8 hour day.

I work for an American Company that doesn't pay me in American rates, my fee that doesn't include bonuses is only 100 dollars more than my team members and it was the same as my team's before, I don't think that's fair.

Again, just feel lost. I feel I bring up more errors im noticing but no improvements and I get no credit for helping in those areas. It just feels overlooked and like im carrying my TL and TM's load sometimes

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Giving clarity would be a tremendous help. Hoping on a call weekly or every other day would be awesome for game plans and strategizing. Bringing ideas and discussing them. If things are wrong, find a solution or give a follow-up when things arent clear

That we're currently working remotely and when we do go to the offices it's great to see my colleagues and work side to side.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am big on working as a team and being involved. Ive helped grow teams and get engaged in my work but I dont have that in my workplace. Im overlooked and almost never get answers. It feels like I have to figure it out and keep my head in the game and continue to crush what I can to make an impact
