What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership actually cares about you and wants you to reach your goal. Even if it is not with this company forever. I feel like they are invested in me as a human person and not just as a number.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have different systems of incentives and our paid is proper to our work.

I am paid well but I am absolutely appalled by the new insurance package. Paying 800 a month for decent insurance for myself and my spouse is outrageous and I miss the old medical insurance package.

I am happy with the compensation details, I would like to know if there would be any additional compensation bonus for those whom we train and have achieved a higher position in the company, that would be great, and we would encourage our trainees to really build on their professional path here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The average pay for my job is substantially more than what I am paid. SDRs in other organizations make significantly more than they can make here at this time.

I was brought in as sort of a consultant. But my role is rapidly changing and growing. I feel there needs to be a formal review process that can be done to ensure we are paying people for the position they fill, not the position they had.

I feel that it is a lot of stress and pressure that we have to bear when making so many tasks apart from that it is required 90% in performance. I do not think that monetary compensation is sufficient. In addition to certain irregularities within the department that handles the bonds.

Everybody in the company is helpful, polite, collaborative and fun. I love it here overall.

it is very detailed - it requires to get through at least 3 levels/people from different departments to join CIENCE or to get promoted/transitioned to another department which makes sure the candidates are 100 the right person and ready to start

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers. They are so wonderful and make work bearable. Truth be told I would rather be on a beach somewhere but if I must work, at least it is fun.
