The diversity!!! I cannot preach this enough. There are so many different, BEAUTIFUL types of people here and they all vibe so well together here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is diverse, unique and filled with beautiful souls. I look forward to working with them every single day and love meeting every new employee walking into CIENCE.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well but I am absolutely appalled by the new insurance package. Paying 800 a month for decent insurance for myself and my spouse is outrageous and I miss the old medical insurance package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Never in my life has a leadership team with any company I have ever worked with worked so hard to show me how much I am valued as an employee. My team respects me, and my individualism, and encourages all of our differences and diversity in a way I have never experienced before.
