All the standard stuff -- but moreso this is a company by adults, for adults. There's not a ton of needless coddling and hand-holding. That's a massive benefit to me.

Ethics, integrity, transparency, vision, competence, empathy, smarts. This team really cares about the business and shows it daily. They do the right things -- even when it's hard... Heck, especially when it's hard. Much respect.

Loyalty, caring, attitude, respect, friendliness, curiosity. Look, CIENCE is a fast-growth company which means the batting average on hiring will never be 1,000. That said, the company is right way more than wrong and those that stick are generally very high-quality people.
