The coworkers, they always checked up on me when they could tell the managers were being unnecessarily harsh or rude. They were so supportive when helping me deal with difficult situations.

Management is the sole issue, they dont know what it means to be nice and communicate effectively. Having managers that are fair and kind, and not intimidating is the first step. Otherwise nothing can be helped.

Theyre so supportive, I can rely on them when things get tough. Asking for her doesnt seem like a hassle and they genuinely make me feel as if I am wanted. We have a good system, I wnjoy simply talking to them about their days.

Taking constructive criticism, everything was an attack on them. They dont know how to pick and choose their battles. They speak to employees incredibly rudely then got mad when employees responded in the exact same tone. They do not understand what it means to be a supportive boss.
