What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the newly appointed Area Manager is very nefitice and sour, never has anything nice or motivational to say .. always grumbling and making our job as managers even more difficult

Scheduling is not done right. We schedule them all early so by time it's a rush almost everyone has been cut
