Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I had been recognized more often for a job well done. As far as my pay I would've appreciated possible raise after my 60 day probation period showing some kind of appreciation on their end.

I understand that with the COVID-19 pandemic going on less people are going out to eat. So the labor is not great. I feel like I work hard for no pay. As a server I am taking tables, taking drinks, bringing out orders,cleaning my own tables, cashing out guest, washing dishes in back. With little pay

Put down the cell phones pay attention to customers. Properly train new employees and not put them on the floor the 2nd day

I feel since this is privately owned that they keep doing these things because no one stops them.

There's a lot of fighting between employees and judgemental employees. the grunt work of the job is not distributed evenly throughout all the employees for that shift so I usually get stuck with it
