They need to focus on properly training the new hires. They don't seem too pay attention to the news of the new employee. They after just thrown in without proper training and left to try to go on without making to big a mess.

The pay is below that of similar jobs in similar situations. They don't offer benefits for part time employees. And almost everyone except the managers are considered part time. The hostess has 15 different jobs. Had to help the servers clean tables, take orders, run trays. But yet they don't offer
