I enjoy the daily interactions with my colleagues and customers, but solving organic chemistry-based challenges and developing new products brings me the most joy and satisfaction.

The #smartwork program has been a game-changer for me in terms of achieving a healthier work-life balance with such a global job. I probably work more hours remotely than I ever did in the office environment, but I enjoy life more being able to work from anywhere and asynchronously when possible.
