I have worked here for several years. My best friends work here too. The work is demanding and we have fun tackling projects or bouncing ideas around when we reach an impass.

I like that they establish a platform to get the job done and stand back to let it get done. Whether it is safety, diversity, quality or innovation, I know I have a job to do, the tools to do it, and a team that supports it.
