I feel undervalued when new people with less experience are brought in at a higher level/compensation rate than those who have chosen to stay at Evonik.
I am consistently performing tasks outside of my job description, but not paid or promoted accordingly. New personnel are brought in with less experience at higher grade levels, but personnel who have been with the company do not receive the same pay/title adjustments.
