I love working here! I feel seen and supported as a person, colleague and employee. We are currently struggling at my site (Tippe) with people resources in almost every department, so this can be incredibly hard. But I am overall very happy to work here. :)

The work is difficult and everyone is extremely busy but everyone works together and (for the most part) is positive about the work that needs to be done.

My team - RD&I at Tippe - is the best team I've ever worked on. We are so respectful of each other and are good at having fun while working very hard. All of my interactions at Tippe have been positive actually. We have a great common goal and work through hard problems cooperatively!
