I have over 2 dozen of my family and close friends working at this site. If I did not believe that this site could be be the best in world I would not have told them to come out here. We do our best out here to make this the most successful place we can. Its a challenge but we love it.

I love doing what im doing. The things were doing out here changes peoples lives for the better and that makes me feel like im making the world a better place.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
My direct manger seems to actually care about my life and spends time talking to me about non work related things but also works with me with my current work load to allow me to take my PTO and to manage my work load.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
I think our culture is really good here currently. The only negative is the staffing. If we could fix that this OT would go down significantly across the plant and this place would be a lot more positive. We have the culture to be the most successful site in the world we just need the workers.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel like the current role im in was established prior to all these new roles coming out. These new roles are either the same pay or more than my current pay and carry zero of the responsibilities my group has. Im on call 24/7 there not, they dont have to worry about things when they are off I do.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
My team works very well with the amount of workload we have. Were a small group of 5 people but are supposed to be staffed to 7 and we are doing the most changeovers/setups we have ever done before and are doing it well. There is a lot of OT for everyone but were hoping for the light at the end.
